1) Field Service Engineer
•Carry out machine installation, preventive maintenance, & implement machine improvement
•Handle machine related issues & troubleshooting independently
•Conduct training for Customers

2) Legal Administrative Assistant
•Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents and contracts.
•Record keeping with electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
•Proofread and revise legal documents, based on Japan legal team's advice.
•Proofread and revise drafts of legal documents, based on advice from Japan legal team.
•Research, analyse and interpret laws and regulations in legal documents.
•Ensure adherence to company rules with regards to legal documents.
•Record keeping of electronic and hard copy filing of legal documents.
•Prepare legal and management reports.
•Respond to all law-related queries from internal stakeholders.

3) Application Engineer
•Laser Process development support for customer
•Perform in house application test cut and on site customer support
•Process development support to customer
•Process customer claim for abrasive product
•Good knowledge on blade / wheel / Laser technical support
•Required technical understanding
•Participate in company organized activities
•Promote good interdepartmental relationship
•Establish and maintaining good relationship with customers
•Communicate frequently with Engineer from Japan
