1) Field Service Engineer
•Carry out machine installation, preventive maintenance, & implement machine improvement
•Handle machine related issues & troubleshooting independently
•Conduct training for Customers

2) Software Engineer
•Design, program & debug machine software
•Troubleshoot software related issues reported by our engineers
•Understand customers' function requirements & design software accordingly
•Collaborate with other departments, affiliates, & software team in Japan HQ

3) Sales Engineer
•Market & promote our products to achieve sales target & further expand company's market shares
•Establish good relationship with customers & build the reputation of our products
•Contact point for customers and follow up with their demands & requirements
•Internal coordination with HQ to ensure best support for customers
