Job Information/Description Job Title: Railway Project Engineer (Overseas Business Operations)

1) Key Responsibilities:
-Participate in overseas business operations and business development, with a primary focus on Asia.
-Tasks include railway-related operations and maintenance, consulting services and engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
-Simultaneously, take responsibility for developing new business opportunities.

2) Technical Fields:
This position emphasizes the importance of understanding and gaining experience in the multifaceted aspects of large-scale railroad projects. It aims to develop well-rounded professional engineers in these six technical fields, by providing opportunities to engage wide range of job experiences.

3) Unique Career Path:
This is a unique career path requiring a long-term commitment with two distinct stages:
【Stage 1】: Learning JRE Business and Values (First 4 -5 Years):
Gain a deep understanding of JRE's business, technologies, and core values by rotational assignments in technical fields and work stages, including international project assistant.
【Stage 2】: Leading International Businesses and Engineering overseas
Engage in global operations, mainly in the Asian region by applying the skills and knowledge developed during Stage 1 to lead international projects.

4) Qualifications
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field at the time of employment.
Work Location (Country name) Japan (Mainly in Tokyo Metropolitan region; however, depending on the specialized field, you may be assinged to diffenrent part of Eastern mainland.)
