Job Information/Description Position: Sales Engineer (Centrifugal Compressor & Mechanical Drive Steam Turbine)

MCO is seeking motivated Sales Engineers who will play a key role in defining product specifications for centrifugal compressors and mechanical drive steam turbines. While the role does not involve detailed design, it requires coordinating technical information across multiple departments and developing well-structured technical proposals for customers. Approximately 90% of end users are located outside Japan, with the remainder consisting of domestic EPC partners. Prior professional experience is not required; however, academic projects or research related to energy, machinery, or industrial systems are highly valued. Candidates from Science or Engineering backgrounds are welcome, with Mechanical Engineering preferred but not mandatory.

This position offers a broad career pathway. By gaining several years of experience in customer requirements, specification development, and cross-functional coordination, Sales Engineers may progress into design-oriented roles or pursue opportunities in overseas group companies. MCO also operates after-sales service bases in Southeast Asia, providing additional avenues for international experience. The role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow in a global industrial environment, develop technical and commercial expertise, and contribute to delivering high-value turbomachinery solutions worldwide.
