1)Agency Management Team: Managing and establishing network for each location, managing accounting-related tasks, and operating routine tasks at each location and coordinating their business processes.
2) Finance and Accounting Team:Managing accounting-related tasks for each location, managing profit & loss, and managing credit for each location.
【Market Intelligence】
1) Market Research: Collect and manage external procurement data, Analize information by country, port, industry and cargo type for the development of cargo collection policies, reporting markets, analizing competitors, and support for fare policy decision-making.
2) Global KPI Ambassador: Ensuring consistency and efficient data-driven decision-making across the organization, collaborate with decision-making bodies and regions to align KPI, dashboard requirements, and KPI-related initiatives.
【Human Resources】
1)Planning talent acquisition, posting opportunities on several job platforms, document screening, interviews, internship and onboarding procedures.
2)International Mobility: Supporting managing employee benefits system, and creating a comfortable workplace environment.

Company Profile Ocean Network Express (ONE) was established as a Singapore-based company through the integration of the container shipping businesses of three major Japanese shipping companies: Nippon Yusen Kaisha (NYK Line), Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL), and Kawasaki Kisen Kaisha (K Line).
To undertake a portion of the management operations entrusted by ONE's headquarters, ONE DEJIMA was founded in Nagasaki, a place deeply rooted in the history of Japanese shipping, in 2023. The company officially commenced full-scale operations in May 2024. Our company is entrusted with a portion of management operations from ONE’s headquarters in Singapore.
